What to expect after ordering.

• After I receive your PayPal payment, a confirmation email / invoice and order number will be sent to the email address provided.

• All flowers and bouquets are carefully chosen and hand made with great care and attention. Your bouquet size will be as accurate as possible to our product listings.

• Please allow 3 to 4 weeks before your order is ready to be shipped. 

• Rush orders can be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks for an additional 25% service fee. (Please call 1-417-682-9642 before ordering).

• For continental USA please allow an additional 7 business days for shipments to be delivered via UPS Ground. (Unless you have upgraded your shipping options to overnight delivery, second day or Express Mail)

• Please allow up to 3 weeks for international shipping via UPS.

Return Policy (How to return an item)

• Fairy Godmother treats product quality issues and customer satisfaction very seriously and offers a money back guarantee on all products. 

• She DOES NOT refund shipping fees and charges.

• If you wish to return an item, you have up to 3 days after you receive your order to notify us by phone or email that you wish to make a return or exchange.

• Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds will be issued promptly on receipt of your return.

• Returned items must be packed carefully and shipped in original boxes.

• She highly recommends insurance and tracking on returns, as we will not issue a refund on lost or damaged packages.

• Returned orders must not be damaged or used and must be returned in the original condition they were received in.

• If any returned items or products are damaged, missing or used, a refund or exchange WILL NOT BE ISSUED or a restocking fee will apply.

• She highly recommends you place your order well in advance of your wedding date and cannot be held responsible for any late shipments, delays or delivery issues that may arise.
